The Back Cover: I have looked at doing the back cover in either a normal colour (the original image) or the black and white version, to try and keep tight with my colour scheme. Although most of my covers (front, inside and poster) have a black background, I was looking to break the conventions of sticking to the same background. I am going for something adventurous but if it doesn't work, I have alternative photos to choose from. I will get opinions from teachers and fellow peers during the week.
I quite like the back cover of this album. I see what you are trying to do with the black and white, but personally I think it works better with it in colour. However, in saying that, the black and white does compliment the front cover.
ReplyDeleteI think for your back, I think you could add the record label information at the bottom, preferably left aligned. Also, you can try to add the artist name or song title at the top to kind of fill the empty space.
All in all, I see what your doing and once completed I think it will be really good.
